The National Peace Memorial Hall for the Atomic Bomb Victims is a national memorial within Peace Memorial Park. It mourns the victims and preserves and displays their accounts and portraits, with an underground hall of remembrance dedicated to honoring them.
The Children's Peace Monument (Genbaku no Ko no Zo) is a memorial in Peace Memorial Park. Inspired by Sadako Sasaki, a girl who died of leukemia, and the story of paper cranes, it depicts a girl holding a crane atop a pedestal and honors the child victims of the bombing.
The Rest House is a building in Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park and an atomic-bombed structure that partly survived the bombing. It now serves as a tourist information and rest space, with the basement preserving its condition from that time.
