My Trip

See the ethical elephant sanctuary first (fixed morning session, in the island's north), then sweep south in a single north-to-south direction to avoid zigzagging. Elephants, Big Buddha view, a rest at calm Kata Beach, and a finish at Karon Viewpoint. Everything is by car so walking is minimal, but note it includes a long leg (around 50 min) between the northern sanctuary and the south.
