A retro route through the incense-filled temples and century-old markets of Districts 5 & 6 (Cho Lon), one step off the usual tourist track. Its aged colors and detail make it popular with photographers. Tour the Nguyen Trai assembly-hall cluster first, cross to Binh Tay Market, then return to District 1 in the afternoon to finish at the Cafe Apartment.
