Oslob in southern Cebu is a world-famous spot where you can swim with wild whale sharks (butanding). A southern Cebu day leaving at dawn to swim with the giant whale sharks and see the veil-like Tumalog Falls and the Sumilon sandbar. (Note: whale shark feeding operations are debated on animal-welfare grounds, which may put some travelers off.)
